If there is a wrong way to do something, or a wrong place to be, I would be the one person to do it or be there. As a result I've been in a few accidents and got rather broken up. but, I have come to know a good doctor. He told me how he came to be a Christian. My doctor lived among people who did not know the Lord, nor did they care.
Where he was and where he is today is a colorful story. True. I can't tell anything at all interesting like his story so why testify to my salvation. By many people's definition my life has been sort of boring. In college I was called "Miss Goody Two Shoes." I, however, knew in my heart that I was not so good. Although I professed to being a Christian, having 'gone to the altar' when I was a child along with all the other kids in my class. It was not until I heard Brother Ross Minkler preach and sing "You're Not Your Own, You Belong to God," did I really turn my life over to Jesus. I was 21 years old then. I DO belong to God and I wouldn't trade any other life style for the assurance that He is my Savior, my present helper, and the One Who will keep me protected and guided throughout eternity.
I would be happy to talk with anyone who wants encouragement or who wonders about 'knowing' the presence of God in their lives. Believe me, Jesus will keep a song in your life, too.
