Our Youth Ministries Venue is directed by Pastor James Alexander. "Underground" is not just where the youth meet, it also represents what they're learning "down there." The miracle of growth all around us takes place largely below the surface, and so it is with helping teens grow in following Christ as their Savior and Lord. We don't focus on teaching the right behaviors, which is only the surface; we seek to patiently nurture and disciple their character, knowing that godly character will naturally produce godly conduct. Part of this discipling process is creating awareness and concern for the international "underground" Church who boldly follow Christ without the benefit of our freedoms.

		1st Tuesdays (of the month) - a monthly outreach event to share the Good News of Jesus with friends
		Wednesdays - Grow Groups - the teens come together socially and a moment of group teaching before breaking into small groups to explore personal application of the lesson.
		Sundays - participation in Venue, then leave for Go Group, in which the teens seek to actively bless someone in the community in service.
