that allows so many the opportunity to learn about our faith and
the mission we are called to pursue.
there are many great avenues of information and inspiration on our
website-i hope that you will not only take the time to explore
these during your visit now, but to return from time to time to
see what's changed, what's been added, and what new opportunities
there are for you and yours.
though the online Visit is great, we want to extend the invitation
for you to Visit us in person at any one of our services or events.

why Visit 6th? that's the question, isn't it? there are many
great churches in our area, we would encourage you to Visit many
of them. we're not a very large church, but we have a very large
calling to make God known among our community and the world-those
that attend 6th Avenue are committed to do that as we serve, love,
and pray (individually and together). we are working hard each
week to create a sincere faith community where creativity,
compassion, and conversation allow us to challenge and inspire
one another to greater faith and integrity. we love to laugh and
have fun over meals and games; and we take seriously the
responsibility to care for and listen to one another so that we
can pray for, encourage, and try to help one another when we may
face difficult times. we all actively give of our time and
resources to benefit our community and other communities of faith
around the world.
why Visit 6th? because i think we're on the edge of something
bigger than ourselves, and i invite you to come and see for
yourself what God is doing within us and through us. if you have
